So, I have "very high" expectations and have experienced the one of the highest quality of massages that I believe is around. Plus, I've been to THAILAND, where they have DA BOMB massages! Seriously, nothing beats a 2 hr. Now, I have received physical therapy and massages since I was about age 14!

For the full hour, you can address your needs, the strength level, and other areas of your concern. Start off with a warm towel, and they are very careful how they flip you over to maintain your privacy! I love how each person gets their own private room. BEST choice! I do love my deep tissue massages, but after a hard, long run, my body was not ready for a super deep massage. Now for my first visit, I received an introductory rate of $38. Although 1hr wasn't enough, (if you can afford it, I high recommend the 90 mins massage!) I chose the 1hr massage for my first time.
